Supporting the archive, Supporting the mission

Art should be seen.

My name Sydnie Raup, Jonathan’s youngest daughter. I remember him teaching me how to draw coffee cups.
My father made art for about fifty years and never showed it publicly.

Since 2022 I’ve been finding it, scanning it, and cataloguing it. Over 200 works are done. A friend of his returned about 250 more.

In July, 25 people came to the first showing at Strobe Space. Nine works hung at Manny’s Café for a month after. [Featured in 48 Hills.]
See more on our In The Public page.

JTR Studio is self-funded. No grant or institution, just myself, my family, and people who came to see the work.

Your gift goes to something specific:
$5 mats one small work for the wall
$10 mats one medium work
$40 mats one large work
Any amount

The next showing is November 22 at Bello in Glen Park. Pieces you help mat will be on that wall.
